Attorneys from Wilson, Olson & Nash, P.C. have been serving their neighbors in Rapid City and the Black Hills with quality legal representation and advice for over fifty years. The firm first opened its doors with partners James H. Wilson, Robert Frankenfeld, and Ernest Gundersen in 1962. James W. Olson joined the firm in 1970, while his father-in-law Ernest Gundersen was still a partner. Robert M. Nash joined the firm in 1977 upon his graduation from law school.
The firm moved to its current location in the Creekside Professional Offices on the corner of Jackson Boulevard and Sheridan Lake Road (neighboring Storybook Island) in 1985. Erika Olson joined the firm in 2006, bringing her knowledge of water and administrative law to the firm after serving as an Assistant Attorney General to the State of Wyoming. Robert Nash retired from the practice of law in 2013, but the firm continues to serve many of his clients.
